These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website at trycodeninjas.com and the programs and services offered by Code Ninjas Tracy (“Code Ninjas Tracy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), an independently owned and operated Code Ninjas center operating under a franchise agreement with Code Ninjas, LLC. By using our website, booking a session, enrolling, or otherwise interacting with us, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
Our programs and services
We provide coding and game-building education for children at our center located at 1841 W 11th St, Tracy, CA 95376, including free Game Building Sessions, memberships, classes, camps, and events. Program details, schedules, and pricing may change from time to time.
Bookings, enrollment, and payments
When you book a session or enroll, you agree to provide accurate information. Membership, billing, and payment are handled through our third-party membership and point-of-sale systems; applicable fees, billing cycles, and cancellation terms are disclosed at the time of enrollment. You are responsible for charges incurred under your account.
Acceptable use
You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes, not to interfere with their operation or security, and not to misuse content or infringe the rights of others.
Media and photo release
With your consent, we may photograph or record your child during sessions for your family’s private Code Ninjas page and for Code Ninjas media and marketing. You may decline or withdraw media consent at any time by contacting us; see our Privacy Policy for how we handle this information.
SMS text messaging terms
By providing your mobile phone number, you expressly consent to receive SMS messages from Code Ninjas Tracy for informational, transactional, and promotional purposes related to Code Ninjas services and offerings. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of any purchase or of enrolling in any program. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time and HELP for help.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Any other mentions in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

The Code Ninjas name, logos, and program materials are the property of Code Ninjas, LLC and its licensors, and the content on this website is owned by us or our licensors. You may not use it without permission.
